I thought it was just me but the other day I read that iced Rooibos tastes better after being in a fridge for a few days and I'd have to agree. I like to let it sit in the fridge about 3 days before drinking it, sometimes I use it for smoothies.

Do you add anything or just have strait rooibos chilled?

I like it plain but have also made it with peppermint/rooibos, ginger/rooibos with a little honey. It goes down easy after a workout so I like to keep it hanging around in the fridge.

It depends on my mood. I either have it plain, spearmint/rooibos or adagio's caramel rooibos. I have always had it hot though so I didn't know if you added any sweetener or just had it plain when iced.
