Hop Tea?

Hop Tea?

A friend of mine who is a gourmet beer enthusiest expressed intrest in an article he found about hop tea. I cannot find any where that carries raw hops (for tea anyway) or any thing close to it. will just flat out hops work ? anyone got any idea what kind of steep times and amounts to use or where to get it?
