I got my swap today! Thanks, Klemptor for putting it together. I thought I was organized, but you definately put me to shame! I can't believe all of the work you put into this. Whoever organizes the next one will definatly have a great example to follow.
I am so excited to try all of these! I have only had a few of them before, and there are some in here I didn't even know existed. I am so going to have to start expanding my collection. I also feel bad that I sent in bags of the ROT, no one else did, and I hope no one is offended by them, I just didn't know what else to send and at the time I didn't have enough of anything because all I had were sample sizes. I have more now, though.

You're welcome!
I don't think anyone will be offended by the bags. Not all teabags are evil! I'm partial to RoT, teabags & all.
By the (really OT) way - this face: looks nothing like surprise to me. It looks more like mildly nauseated or perhaps gloating.

Oh, it totally was. I was just looking at the emoticons (boy, I really hate that word) to find one appropriate for my response. And I came upon that one and thought, "no, that says 'nausea' to me."I didn't mean for it to be surprise, either, I meant for it to be a really big grin.

I got my package on Saturday. I tried the Earl Grey that evening. Yum! I sorted out the teas between those I could have at work with just sugar, honey, or no sweetner, and those I would want to add milk to also (Earl Grey, Irish Breakfast, chai, etc). So those are still at home.
Thanks so much, K, for doing this!
I, also, have nothing against tea bags. They are convenient on rushed days at work, or days when I am away from home, etc. Plus, some of the ones I got look soooo good.

You're very welcome!
I enjoy the RoT whites that I sent to you. They were my first experience with white tea, so I may be a bit biased, but I think they're nice. The infusing directions are a bit odd (they recommend 30-60 seconds!) but that may be because the bags contain fannings, which would infuse more rapidly than whole-leaf. I still haven't made my mind up about the Stash White Christmas - I think that it's made to appeal to black tea drinkers that aren't familiar with whites. It brews more darkly and has a stronger flavor than most whites do (but that could be due, in part, to the ginger). Lemme know what you think?
I'm glad you got your package. I was a bit worried about it - you're the closest to me, so I thought you'd have gotten yours first.
Anyway, enjoy! Maybe we can do another swap after the holidays?
Also, I really like your idea of doing a small-scale "swap" with the TeaWish lists. Anyone interested?
