Sorry for lack of updates on this. The tragic events in Japan had temporarily delayed the gyo OTTIs. They are still planned, but it will more than likely be Fall til we do it.
Fall/Winter are ideal times for Gyokuro tastings.
Looks like you have time to replace it! In fact, maybe a TA SO!!!

I need both a shiboridashi and gyokuro. "Poof" said my money and disappeared in a huff of smoke.
