Sorry for lack of updates on this. The tragic events in Japan had temporarily delayed the gyo OTTIs. They are still planned, but it will more than likely be Fall til we do it.

Fall/Winter are ideal times for Gyokuro tastings.

I need both a shiboridashi and gyokuro. "Poof" said my money and disappeared in a huff of smoke. :shock:

Well, *sad face* on the gyokuro delay

But *happy face* on the shiboridashi nearness

If I happy to think it's pretty close right now, is it really closer than that?
