Chip (or Xell) -- how does the 'guricha' compare asa/fukamushi wise...? Or is it a different category altogether?

I liken it to asamushi. Guri leaves are curled versus needles of sencha.

OK, the goal is to weigh and pack all the teas on Wednesday or Thursday and then ship!

Tomorrow, I will post some brewing suggestions. I will also post a "blind key" since the pouches only have a number, in order to facilitate blind tasting .

As someone who's never participated in an OTTI before, would it be possible to get some tips on what people like to see in reviews? How detailed do we need to be? Do we have to taste more than one at a time to cross-compare more effectively?
