White Star of China Tea
Or Fire Rings.
I'm a sucker for cool looking tea shapes. I admit it.
Seriously, though... you could offer the coolest tea-shapes sampler ever: Jasmine Pearls #12, White Star of China, Fire Rings, the one that's in spirals (the name escapes me). That would be a cool gift to give! But who am I to say? You guys are rockin' just fine without it.

It all depends on who's selling it. In reality, white star or fire rings are no more expensive than jasmine pearls -- which Adagio does sell. It just happens that there is one overpriced boutique site that offers white star at astronomical prices. I found a different one, however, that is no more expensive than any of the other premium teas that Adagio sells.
