I am totally new to Pu and need some direction on brewing the following:
This is exactly what is on my order that just came in from Hou De Teas:
70's Aged Liao Fu San Cha (aged, loose, uncooked)
1999 Da Du Gang Yunnan Yuan Bao Chi Tse Beeng
Any help would be appreciated. I hope these are "ok" choices to test the waters of Pu but I would love suggestions.
