Eastern Shore Maryland Tearooms

I was wondering if anyone had experience at tearooms on Maryland's Eastern Shore? I'm looking for some feedback/information on anyone who's visited Thyme for Tea in Salisbury, Tea by the Sea in Berlin, The Dunes Manor Hotel tearoom in Ocean City, The Victorian Tea Cup in North East, Barrett's Tea Room or The Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels. Thank you for your help! :)
