about.com has a nice article on how to grow tea, but I don't think that it mentions anywhere as to where you should get seeds. Here is the article:

As far as what kind to get, I'm not exactly sure what you mean, since all tea comes from the same plant. Do you perhaps mean growing herbal teas?

I tried and failed miserably, as I've recounted in several installments at my Web site. But I've still got some seeds and I'm going to give it another go.
