Butterscotch Tea

Postby vnero323 » Jul 4th, '06, 09:51

MOST DEFINITELY!!! I HAVE BEEN CRAVING BUTTERSCOTCH TEA FROM ADAGIO FOR A WHILE...I would definitely buy a whole bunch of it (hint hint)
Also, on a similar note, how about these other flavors?

Maple
Honey
Hazelnut

And how about using some loyal customers as a test market for trying new flavors before they are available for purchase? I will gladly be the first to volunteer to try flavors in progress and give an honest evaluation on them! :D

I would be for tasting teas too :P

I think butterscotch or hazelnut would be a great idea! I wonder if putting in broken up butterscotch candy pieces would work with the brewing process hmmm....

I'd totally be a taste-tester.

However, as far as Hazlenut tea - MikeB said once that if a flavor is good in coffee, it probably tastes terrible as a tea, and I pretty much agree. (Except for vanilla and chocolate, which rock.) I'm even rethinking the whole butterscotch tea thing. ;)

BUTTERSCOTCH! oooh! that DOES sound good! It is one of my favorite dessert flavors. I may have to experiment with my own if Adagio doesn't come up with one first!

You could have a line of dessert teas (perfect for after-dinner!)

Where can I sign up to taste-test!! :)
I'll even try that awful-sounding bacon tea if it was free!

I'd try bacon tea too - I bet it would taste a little like Lapsang Souchong plus Assam. ;)

Hmm. Bacon might be a bit much for my taste. :) However, butterscotch and maple sound just lovely! I have been known to add just a drizzle of maple syrup to some Oriental Spice or Autumn Blend on occassion.

I think even the slightest bit of bacon would overpower the tea, though I might try it with a smokey tea like lapsang souchong...which I have become increasingly fond of.

But if someone created it, I'd try it just the same....once at least.
