What do you think: I drank half melon, must I take off the rimanence from the melon for the storage in a paper bag (or jar) or I store my melon with inside half pu in the cabinet? :?:

tatatizia

sorry for the delay in my posting. i would do and i do all of the above. it is sort of a test for me. i keep the bulk of it in the box it came in and will do so till this weekend when the jar i made for it comes out of the kiln. now the jar is of a loose fit lid and i will continue to keep some in the lunch bag and some in a sealed jar of the type used for green tea to keeping it fresh. i drink the tea in the fresh jar and refill it from the lunch bag.

i like the aroma given off from the fresh jar but do not use a sealed jar to store in. just to keep the tea i will drink in the coming days. it just gives the aroma a kick for a few days. i am glad you like this melon too and happy to of found someone that is drinking it too!!

i was wondering if when you first opened the melon if it gave off a strong smell and if it tasted like roses. And how has the smell/taste changed.

Hi Coloradopu! I'm quite confused... My "melon" it's different from the "melon" in the photos... In the photo there isn't a "melon" but only a tea with the form of a "melon". My tea it's really a melon dried with the tea filled inside. Sincerely I don't like very much my tea because it has a no good smoked flavour and becase it's difficoult to cut and it has not leafs but only dust/broken tea. But I think your "melon" (the melon in the photos) it's possible that be much more drinkable than mine. Good luck! (After I will post some photos)

hay nancho get 2 cuz you will need to brake 1 up and drink it to get the room to smell good. i do not think just 1 sitting there whole will do the trick.
