I think that you should try the tea a couple of times to get a good idea on how the tea taste. Also some signature blends come with instructions: follow them and you will enjoy you signatue blend experience. If the blends tell you should use milk/sugar try it that way and then try the way you like it. Not all blends are created equal....they come in all types of flavors. If your still not sure on if you want to buy a signature blend....just pm the person who created the blend and ask them what percent of each flavor they used.
