I saw an interview on the Today Show yesterday with a rep from Coke and Matt Lauer discussing this stuff. He said the beverage tasted good (he seemed somewhat honest, but he gets paid to seem this way). The rep repeated that this in no way should substitute diet and exercise (she gets paid to say that, but I'm sure that's not what fad dieters heard).

Anyone try this stuff yet?

If it wasn't carbonated I'd try it if I had the chance. But since it is I'll focus on my massive amounts of green and puerh tea to try to help my current diet plan.

Ok I like fizzy drinks but I dunno about this one. Sounds disturbing.

~tsp needs an Ensure shake instead

Why don't people just drink unsweetened green tea? Is it really that inconvenient to heat water?

Well, I agree with you, Michael.

But what a cheap gimmick. The folks at Coke must either be really desperate or really smart. So the more you drink of this stuff, the more calories you burn...I can see some people drinking a ton of this stuff...move over wulong slimming tea.
