A side effect of the misplaced "Subscribe Topic"

I have resisted adding anything here until the Beta version goes live.
But I don't think this one has been mentioned before.

There is a block that includes Subscribe Topic and Book Mark Topic which extends across the page to Delete All Cookies

If this block unhappily overlays the Quote button then it is impossible to select the Quote button.
