Cream tea
I ordered an Adagio cream tea for a gift. I have not tasted it but it did smell buttery rather than creamy.
I noticed that many here like to mix thecream tea with other teas to give it a creamy taste. Doesn't it taste buttery rather than creamy?

I don't really drink this on it's own. I don't detect a buttery taste from it but it doesn't have quite the punch of the others.
Still, when blended with other flavors, it mellows them a touch and (I think) gives a little extra richness to the drink.

I'm actually not crazy about the cream-flavored tea - it's too heavy for me. But it really does add a nice flavor when mixed with other teas. Try mixing it with lapsang souchong!
