Ignored question & cart problem

I had some problems with the cart and ordering. I sent an email, but it's about week now and still no answer. So I guess there may be problems not only with ordering, but also customer emails? Or it got ignored, dunno which is worse :)

Anyway, I got tempted to order here again by that free samples offer [well, my dwindling tea stock too]. I added them to cart, also some zodiac sample that was for free. Added other stuff to cart and returned to browsing. Then my cart got cleared. And I can no longer add free samplers [it's $12 now], nor free zodiac sampler [can't find it anywhere...]. Any explanation?

Also, intenational shipping fees seem to be wrong too. It should be $16 under 1kg, but at checkout it shows some weird $21.xx.

I hope that I can get some replies here :) And maybe order some more Dragonwell tea if it works - I have to compare it to one that I bought in China.

It looks like I didn't get notification about answer in my thread either, huh.

Can't I just get PM or email with some help though? I don't think I have enough free time to just sit on chat and wait till someone from adagio staff comes by :)
