i drink either decaf, do the double-infusion thing, or sometimes drink herbal tea (when i'm sick, i can't stand to drink black tea for some reason--so then i bust out the herbals)

I voted for "Hit the Herbals" but I would have been better suited towards "No caffeine? Blasphemy!"

I avoid caffeine after 6 or 7 in the evening. But I manage to keep a couple infusions from the soggy leaves of the day...even when they are beyond prime. I would rather drink weak tea than no tea.

When I'm trying to avoid caffeine (usually only late at night), I go with green rooibos. It is an amazing tea for going to sleep, and you can't oversteep it. It is one of my favorites.
