Artesian and Spring water
I've found the best water for tea makes all the difference. Nearby my house there is an artesian well that has the sweetest most refreshing water. It makes fantastic tea, better than the already good seattle tap water. I'm posting this site here so you can find a natural water source near you.

Interesting nothing shows in Arkansas. When I was there I went with my Aunt to fill up gallon bottles of the best water, that just flows from a faucet set up there in the hills. The spigot does not turn "off" if just continually pours out. This was Hot Springs.
With Los Angeles being the closest to me, I think I'll pass.

There is probably something close by to just about every location, that map is far from exhaustive. But if you find something add it!

So you just show up with buckets and start filling up with water, or what...?

BTW:
Artesian - water coming from a drilled well that taps an aquafer who's water table is above the tap point so the water flows out without needing to be pumped.
Spring - naturally flows out of the ground without a drilled well.
