I really want you to get yellow tea adagio!

That's so funny I was just about to post the same thing. Yes it would be awesome of Adagio did have yellow tea as well as more organic tea.

Yellow tea is green tea that has been gently heated in a process called sweltering, wherein the tea is warmed to ~100°F for several hours.
