That's so funny I was just about to post the same thing. Yes it would be awesome of Adagio did have yellow tea as well as more organic tea.

What exactly is yellow tea?

Yellow tea is green tea that has been gently heated in a process called sweltering, wherein the tea is warmed to ~100°F for several hours. This gentle heating breaks down the chlorophyll in the green leaves, turning them yellow (hence the name). The heat transforms the amino acids and polyphenols in the leaves into less chemically active substances, which gives the tea a mellower, less "edgy" flavor than green tea. Yellow tea is popular with folks who find the taste of green tea too vegetal or "grassy".
