Adagio TeaV episode 38: Sweet Velvet Fog

by ilya » Sep 21st, '09, 09:11

Zack continues his string of positive reviews with Sweet Velvet Fog tea by Rachana Carter.

Additionally, accept his challenge by creating a tea that may upset his delicate sensibilities. (hint: earl grey tea is Zack's kryptonite)

Zack obviously didn't like it, but he was very polite in saying it! :)

Not sure why you thought he didn't like it. He gave it a positive review. "Zack continues his string of positive reviews with Sweet Velvet Fog tea by Rachana Carter." as per Ilya.

Didn't you watch the second newest one, that apple tea? At the end he said, "if you want to make a tea, for heaven's sake, dont put earl grey in it. or you could put it in just to watch me writh in agony on camera.

Yes, but not sure why that applies. I have caramel, vanilla, and cream in my tea no earl grey. But no biggy not sure it really matters.

Thanks Woodie, I am glad you like and I also agree I am a fan of the Sweet Velvet Fog more than Birthday Tea and it isn't because I made it. I really do like it and I am addicted. Even though we have the same tea flavors the portions of each are VERY different. What's funnier is that I didn't even know about Birthday Tea until the comparison was made.
Sincerely,
Rachel
P.S. Any suggestions on what I should try out of your creations?

Thanks Woodie but FYI it is Rachel asking about the suggestions and not Braven. I appreciate the information though. I do feel like I will be able to make a better decision.

Hello there!

I got to taste this from the box pass, and though I'll be posting a review there too, I thought it'd be nice to consolidate all the lovely compliments into one place here where peoples can search and find it!

That being said: I loved it. Mmmmmm so good! If there was more to sample I would have viked it to brew later! :D
