Darjeeling Order

by murrius » Nov 13th, '09, 10:16

I'm close to putting in my next Darjeeling order. I was going to get the Arya Ruby second flush from Thunderbolt. However, I got a newsletter from Tea Emporium announcing the "autumn flush" darjeelings. Has anyone tried these?

Thunderbolt should have the Autumn flush teas available soon....I've seen Benoy tweeting about going to the estates to source it for the past couple of weeks so if you wait a bit you should be able to order the 2nd flush ruby with autumn flush teas...including the autumn flush ruby. :)

Speaking of Autumnal flush Darjeeling ... how would you rank this flush compared to other flushes?

I always found it to be milder than FF and 2nd though I cannot recall "typical" flavor profile since it has been several years that I had one.
