I know it's supposed to be pronounced "roy-boss" but I catch myself saying either "roy-bose" (with a sibilant S, like in super) or "roo-uh-bose" (sibilant S again).

As for pu-erh, I've always heard it pronounced "poo air". That could be wrong, though.
