Tea Wallets
I love tea gadgets and I happened to find another one - Tea Wallets.

Usually I just toss my tea bags into my purse or a small plastic bag. The Tea Wallet just looks better.
It's also something else that I can add to my functional tea gadget collection.

I couldn't tell from the picture or description if they had compartments for loose leaf tea or just bagged tea. I would be afraid that it would spill everywhere, or that the teas would pick up flavors from the other teas, and then not be as good.

They need a solid black one for males who drink tea.
Actually, tobacco pouches would probably work fairly well for loose tea. One designed to carry both a pipe and tobacco could probably carry loose tea and an infuser. And they usually come in black or brown leather/vinyl.

That's a good idea, jzero. My husband use to smoke a pipe. I can see that a tobacco pouch would work for tea.

I would love to find a website that catered to the tea lover on-the-go - full of fun yet functional products! I don't quite understand how the tea wallet folds up or how much it holds. I wish they gave more pix and description....

For loose tea on the go the best product I've found is the Swiss Gold Travel Teaset. The only downside is that its tea storage canisters are too small for anything longer than a weekend trip for a heavy tea drinker like me.

I have the Swiss Gold Travel Teaset as well. You are right, jogrebe in that it is only useful for short trips. But it is extremely functional.

Yep for long trips you have to recycle your Adagio sample tins to use as supplement tea storage containers to avoid running out of tea.

I would consider that but, being the overly-crafty person that I am I'd just make one... I also couldn't figure out how it would fold up so....

You fold the outer ends in (one over the other) and then fold up and snap.
They also make wonderful gifts, especially when filled with tea bags and sugar packs.

I am new here but wanted to add a comment on the tea wallet.
Through the past seven years I have bought many Tea Cozies and Tea Bag Wallets for Christmas and other events such as the local Red Hat Girls get togethers and this gal has been making them for years the construction is great and service is the best! She was actually the first person to sell them on Ebay and now there are many copies but she is the real deal.
Merry Christmas
