I actually logged on to the forum tonight to search for posts about roasted oolongs...and someone just started one. I love this site!
I'm usually not a big fan of heavily roasted oolongs, mostly because I enjoy flowery, grassy, fruity tastes of unroasted tea. However, very lightly roasted oolongs (that combine the nutty flavor of roasting with the fruity flavor of the raw tea) are really growing on me. I'm drinking the traditional Dong Ding from Floating Leaves right now and really, really enjoying it.
