When you're talking about cakes produced by factories started since privatization, or factories not listed at the links above, I don't think you can assume that there is a recipe (or, if there is, that there's any standard besides what the factory itself decides). I think you are looking for recipe numbers where none exist.

I could be wrong, but I think "双卫食字【2005】第0692号" is just the dept of health (or rough equivalent) license #.

Which just goes to show how hard this stuff is to sort out when you're not literate in chinese and well steeped in the history of the stuff.

These two beengs were picked out from local shops, the first one after a tasting, and the second one just because it looked interesting, and wasn't too expensive--it was labelled 'many flower puerh' but the flavor unfortunately was not as interesting as the appearance of the beeng:
