And the harvest times for black teas, Assam, Darjeeling and Ceylon, for instance, are what? Would it be correct to say mid-spring and early fall?
My local dealer, Silver Tips Tea, is also an importer, and I can always ask which harvest I'm buying. When the a staff member isn't sure, she calls the office directly. What service!!
