Well, Huangshan Maofeng is indeed yellowish, a bit, but I don't know what Shin Yang is. Do you know the characters?

I believe MarshallN is asking if you know the Chinese writings (i.e. characters) of the words Shin Yang.
I think your guess is right that Shin Yang is a name of a place where the leaves were grown in.
Take a taxi and ask the driver to go to Shin Yang Road around Chinatown area. If he takes you there, then you know where the tea came from!
