Hi Teabud,
I love your story - it's is transporting.
In your above post - your photo isn't there - I think you need to click the "Img" button above the typing window - then place the address of the image between the two bracketed elements. When you're doing it, it'll look something like this before you submit:

(I made it red so it would stand out - it'll just be black normally; oh, and the 'photo%20address' is just me putting that in there where your photo internet address goes).
I can hardly wait to see more of your collection.
Thank you so much for sharing - quite a gift. :)
all the best,
Seeker

Cool, I'll try it!

Teabud - my humble apologies!
I didn't realize you were linking us to a slideshow.
I have stumbled with my own ignorance.

Please disregard my instructions above as they were probably most unnecessary.

Embarrassed.

I see that only one photo at a time thats ok. but can share more this way also thank you for the info.

Here is a style of Yixing teapot I love the most its called nut and seed teapot. This one pictured here is made by Pei Shiming a yixing artist who died in 1977. He was one of the four founders of modern Yixing factorys still in work today

Here is a very nice well loved teapot. Its 17/18th century and unsigned but its very well loved. This is what happends to an Yixing teapot that has tea and time mixed togeather. The effect is like a glaze that covers the pot like glass. I call this effect as well loved teapot.

If you wish for me to show more I will share. I have many old tea cups and teapots hope you share some of your teapots also.

Blessings and drink tea!
