Which of Adagio's oolongs rebrew the best?

Only the Wuyi has a note about multiple brews. Can anyone tell me which they've found have tasty brews after the initial? How about Oooh, Darjeeling, since it's apparently not a 'pure' oolong? Thanks a bunch, everyone, I appreciate any input. :)

It's dependent on a few factors like brew times, water temp and amount, and what you think taste good. You may get two good tasting brews but someone else could think the fifth brewing is the best when you think it's way too bitter.

Usually all teas can be resteeped with the exception of most blacks. I personally get at least two or three brews out of my white and green teas.

I personally have no experience with Ooooh Darjeeling although I see no reason to say it's not an oolong as long as it's semi-oxidized.

I've found that you can easily get 2 or 3 good pungent steepings out of Oolong #18. Haven't tried to go beyond that.

For me, only 2 out of Oolong #40 (which I consider more like a black).

I have yet to try all of adagio's oolongs, but in my experience with oolongs in general, I have yet to find one that I could not rebrew at least once, many I could rebrew at least 3-4 times.

And the Oooh Darjeeling is a pure oolong, it is just on the more oxidizes side of oolongs.

expat: Oolong #40 and Oolong #8 are Oriental Beauty. With 70% oxidation, it can taste quite similar to a Darjeeling. I really enjoy OB, but I didn't find enough flavor in the #40 and #8 sold. It was too similar to the tannic profile of Darjeeling, except with less muscatel and citrus flavor.

Different strokes, I guess.
#40 is what I drink when I don't know what else to drink -- I prefer it to #8, tho' I can see how someone might prefer the other way 'round.

At the end of the day, I enjoy Oolong & Black teas -- I find #40 gives me a nice blend of both.

He mentions the +/-70% oxidation level for Oriental Beauty.
