oolong = wu long
gaiwan = guy juan
Hojicha = Ho gee cha (like chip)
Wuyi = Woo yee
Ti Kuan Yin = (Okay, I'm just guessing on this one) Tie Kwan een (like ee-shing for yixing, or maybe its jut Yin, like yip. I don't know)
Genmaicha = Gen (hard G) my cha (again, like chip)
