I'm pretty sure that they don't directly import from Japan; or rather, if they do, their products look very similar to Den's.
My guess is that for the most part, they source their green teas directly from Den's, or from the Parent Co. Shirakata Denshiro Shoten.
I'm not 100% positive on that, but this past year they had two of the same shinchas available (and the names/descriptions matched Hashiri Shincha and Shincha Houryoku). Also, their sakura sencha looks like the same one that Den's carries.
This isn't to discourage anyone to buy from them, simply to point out something of interest. Certainly if you're on the east coast, it might be a better idea to buy these teas from them, as shipping will likely be faster, maybe cheaper.
