It wasn't until I ordered some Assam Harmony and brewed it that I realized how delicious black teas can be. Before that, it was teabag boredom!

Be sure to check out the TeaClasses, great way to learn as you go. Looking at the way they are broken into small bites, you will be able to pick up a lot of the basics in a short period without being instantly overwhelmed. Nice!

Each lesson has a review and mini test in order to reinforce the lesson.

But ... who wrote the lessons? :mrgreen:
