I am new to the world of tea. What would you recommend as a good pre-bed time, relaxing tea?

Thanks in advance...

Chamomile herbal tea. Great stuff anytime- but with no caffeine it works great to help calm you down and let you get some sleep.

+1

Also, I've found that rooibos herbal tea, with or without lavender, works in pretty much the same way... Rooibos seems to be one of those things that not everyone likes, though, so just be forewarned. :)

Houjicha! roasted Japanese green tea. The roasting removes much (but beware, not all!) of the caffeine. I find the sweet, roasty flavor and aroma really relaxing in the evening.

I like peppermint tea before bed. I have tried chamomile an cant stand it, but peppermint seems to work well, and no caffeine.
