After about a year of trying to get my hands on one, it finally arrived.
Anxiously, I unpackaged the triniTea and got set to make my first test batch.
Everything worked wonderfully up until the tea was steeped for 5 minutes. The tea never made it down to the carafe!
Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what's the solution to getting that sweet sweet nectar down into the carafe?
Thanks!

I managed to make a pot of Song Yang last night that my wife and I enjoyed however it was very weak.
I also tried making a pot of Plum this morning but again the tea wouldn't drop down into the carafe.
It seems to work randomly at this point. I'll just have to keep playing with it to see if I can get it working consistently.

I have to ask how many items you have returned? As I have always had good experiences when dealing with Adagio's customer service and have done so quite a few times.bz wrote:watch return date - this company not good on returns
As far as the problem goes, make sure everything is inserted into place properly (and all the way), the system tries to be smart and not empty a full pot onto the hotplate when all the parts are not in place.
