new to herbals

I just got some herbals in the mail today and was wondering if any oone could tell me any good mixes I could make. I got some lemon grass, Chamomile, and spearmint.

I think spearmint is scrummy all on it's own.

Not a chamomile fan, but it's nice with Rooibos.

I agree with Jacqcat, it's an Rooibos and Chamomile go well together (especially with a little honey). I know peppermint and chamomile go smashingly well together, I can only assume Spearmint wouldn't be to bad either. But I must say again, a little honey goes a long way with certain herbal blends.
A good little herb i personally enjoy is Ginger...trying gettin down with some of that when you feel like whipping up some of your lemongrass...

lemon grass and spearmint
spearmint and chamomile

all would be delicious!!!
