Imperial Tea Court

Has anyone ordered from Imperial Tea Court? They have a nice collection of tea CD's.

How is their customer service?

I've ordered from them before, and I was pleased with their customer service. One of things I ordered was a set of their yixing tasting cups, but I had problems with one of the cups. I emailed them and they immediately sent me a replacement. When I had the same problem again with the replacement, they refunded my money and took the item off their website.

So yes I did have a problem with something from them, but I feel they did everything they could to rectify it. I have had no problems with everything else I purchased from them, and would shop from them again.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, spacesamurai. The information helps a great deal.

I think that I'll order their tea CD's first. Your information makes me feel much morecomfortable about ordering from their site.

I ordered from Imperial Tea Court a day and a half ago.

I still have not received a confirmation email. Twice I sent an email to them and I still have not received a response.

Their toll free number is disconnected.

Has anyone who has ordered from them run into this before?

...that...ummm, sucks.

Must have something to do with tea houses in San Fran. I have called and emailed Teanobi with a question about a dozen times without even the courtesy of a single response. GRRRRRR.

Oddly though, I have heard only positive feedback about ITC. And they really treat you well if you go there.

It's the Odessa Samovar that I use everyday.

I think that drinking tea is much more enjoyable. :D

Good, I'd feel bad if I gave you bad advice.
