Tea in Lower Manhattan Chinatown

by Corona » Jun 7th, '10, 07:39

So, this morning i'm heading into New York, with the Chinatown in lower Manhattan fixed in my sights. Hopefully I'll be able to find some tea-related fun...So, if anyone has any reccomendations on where exactly to head, I would greatly appreciate it. Chinatown seems to be a large place!

I'm back! The only store I was able to find in Chinatown was called "TenRen's Tea". Seems to be a chain of some sort, I found them online. Anyway, there was a sale where you buy two 4oz bags of tea and get a third free. Each bag was only $5, so I went with their Ti Kuan Yin, Tung Ting Oolong, and "Green". Won't be able to try it until I get back from my cruise in the Bahamas, but I'll look forward to it!
