As someone whose been contemplating Puerh but is unsure where to start, I would love to see a pu OTTI....

That sounds like Bugatti.... I'd like one of those too!!!

thirded!! thirded thirded thirded! The only pu erh I've tried was in one of my signature blends...which apparently was a hot mess, but I rather liked it, so I think that means my tastes are waaaay off!

fourthed Pu erh is one of those things that sounds interesting but I'm a little iffy about it and pretty clueless where to start.

I would also second matcha, as it is something else I've been curious to try. I could see that getting a bit expensive though.

More specialized OTTI-s might be interesting too, like say, one just for ti guan yin, or maybe just more oolong OTTI-s in general. Again, personal bias

I'm totally voting for Darjeeling, of course. Depending on the timeline, it might be too late to do a first flush OTTI this year... some of the best offerings will disappear quickly. But I know Victoria and I have had some amazing ones, yummm. I'd be up for 2nd flush and Autumnal flush too... but nothing beats FF.

Darjeeling would certainly be an exciting OTTI...I know a lot of people get excited about 1st flush but 2nd flush is my fave and for some other people too

Also Chinese greens would be fun

and this last oolong OTTI was mostly on the greener end...would be fun to have a roasted oolong OTTI to start exploring another side of oolong
