I just received a list of available 2nd Flush Darjeelings (and Assams) from Vivek Lochan. Great teas for a bargain. Castleton Moonlight in particular, at least when compared to what we're used to. Currently only 85 USD / kilo.

I took advantage of the Lochan Teas facebook tasting group. We are on the 2nd flush darjeelings now. I just had the Giddapahar Muscatal today... delicious.

I'm drinking it right now! Are you going to join in the discussion at all? I haven't yet, but I plan to because the whole thing just seems more fun when more people join in.

It's the only one I've tried so far, but it is amazing stuff.

Yes, I'm in the facebook discussion group on the teas. I've posted 2 reviews so far. My favorite so far is the Margaret's Hope (out of the 2nd flushes).

Thanks for the information on the Lochan 2010 2nd flush Darleelings. I was a little late on the draw on the tastings, which I regret. However, based on my this list (in addition to the friendly counsel from Lochan), I'm purchasing the Jungpana and Castleton Moonlight - both reliable performers.

I haven't decided where I'll post the reviews, yet. In any way, the Lochan posting is extremely useful.
