July articles -- Oolong, Pu Erh, and science of healthy tea
Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know that the TeaMuse articles for July are up.
The first article is on current developments with the growth of Oolong in new areas of the world (New Zealand and Hawaii). The second is on Pu Erh tea, and the third is on scientific explanations for the healthy benefits of drinking tea.
Do take a look!

I find it frustrating that a (fairly large) tea business would write an article about puer with so much misinformation and missing information, not to mention a number of assertions that are not documented or backed up.
Also "pu erh is the only tea in the world that actually improves with age" is not really true, though I guess it's a somewhat subjective, depending on how you define "improve".
[Also, I assume the caption under the first picture should read 'pastime' rather than 'past time'?]

I wasn't going to say anything, but it's true.

Just saw this -- I must say I agree. This line, for example
"It's no wonder to me why pu erh has always been the choice tea of China's old aristocracy and now the business elite."
is pure nonsense.
