Looks like a great opp, and a lot of challenges.

I don't think we knew you were looking for the next location before even opening the first ... maybe I missed that.

Signing the lease on the first one took about 5 months longer than I hoped. As I said, I prefer to exceed expectations. I had to fill the pipeline with a half dozen serious negotiations in order to get a few to come through. I wanted to have 30 days between stores to allow for tweaks, and I'll have that. I'm hoping to get a third and final store open in November of this year.

Wow, three stores!! Good luck, that's quite a project!
