Indoor Tea Growing??

I live in an apartment and am interested in growing my own tea. I don't have a balcony or have the money to rent space at the local community garden, so I was wondering what options may be available for growing tea indoors. Does anyone have any experience with this?? Thanks.

Is this for a hobby, or are you doing this in hopes of harvesting tea leaves for drinking?
