The whole field of nominees was amazing. You all would have done a wonderful job.

Mary and Chip, congratulations on your newly elevated status. I'm sure the spammers won't stand a chance now. :D

I now live in fear.

All posts will now be emailed to several friends for proof reading before posting.

Also: I think that. chip & Mary R are really, really, really great.

My plans of spamming teachat, if I ever open a tea shop, have been ruined.

On a more serious note I think that the inclusion of chip and Mary R as moderators is a very big step towards making this the best place to talk about tea on the net.

Cheers Adagio.

I'm sure I could spin a lovely acceptance speech, but instead I'll just follow Alfred Hitchcock's example:

Thank you.

(Oooh, and I already bagged me one fine spammer. I shall mount his rack upon my wall of shame. Mwah-ha-ha!)

I think he used to say, "thank you and goodnight." My sentiments exactly, short and sweet acceptance speeches are the order of the day.

But thanx!!! To be totally honest, I was stunned.

Now I have to watch some strange new member who certainly smells like spam.
