Iced Honeybush Ratios
Good afternoon!
I'm trying to make a gallon of iced Honeybush tea and am having trouble getting ratios right. I tend to like it a little stronger when it's iced so when I make it one big cup at a time the ratio is like this:
2 cups water, steeped with 3 tsp Honeybush + 1 cup water.
When I increase the recipe to a gallon with that ration I show that I need t use 15 scoops of Honeybush, which seems excessive. Anyone have a good ratio they use that is a little more conservative but not completely weak?
Thanks!

Instead of steeping try bringing water to a boil with the rooibos in it, then lowering the heat to a high simmer for 5-7 minutes. It's gauranteed to make it stronger.
