OTTI Suggestions Topic, looking for tea ideas?
Re: OTTI Suggestion topic
Now that I've finally finished off a shincha and a white OTTI, I'm ready for another! What's next?

Whoa, like many Korean teas, those are NOT cheap. I am confused by the meaning of the pickings. I see 2nd, 3rd, 4th in the descriptions. I am thinking they are pickings w/i the first flush maybe, especially given the prices?!?
OTTI 5 is getting closer!!!

Chip from my understanding Korean teas are categorized based roughly on When in the Lunar Calender they are picked. That and the fact that these teas, are in my understanding hand processed or rather close to hand processed. In fact only due to the recent increasing popularity of Korean Tea, are production methods moving closer to say the mass machine processes undergone with most Japanese teas.

I'd like to add Dancong, I've only tried it once and would love to learn more.
I think these are already in the works but I'll say them anyway. Korean greens & Aged Puerh!

Yeah I would love a Wuyi OTTI. I haven't tried dancong or kukicha, but Wuyi would be my pick. Either one particular Wuyi oolong, or Wuyi overall.
