Surprisingly Good with Bacon...

by tomasini » Sep 17th, '10, 08:26

Blend a nice Jasmine tea with a lighter black tea, like say a second flush darjeeling or assam. GREAT with Bacon.
Also, Bacon is delicious when deep fried in canola oil. Just saying.

Hahah, I'd risk my health to try that combo.
Even better when the tea is made in the bacon tea pot. I know I saw one somewhere...

I think no matter what you are eating, adding bacon will make it better. Hmmm, bacon. :)

Oh yeah, i saw this tea months ago and this post reminded me of it. It is a black tea flavored with maple syrup and bacon.

They have a chocolate bacon as well I see.

Hmmm, now they've got me wondering. I wish they used REAL bacon though, not the flavored bits.

I checked out manteas.com as well -- some pretty crazy flavors there.
