Incidentally, I just got in lots of 1/2oz samplers from SpecialTeas...I've just tried Emperor's Red and Himalayan Tip, which are both amazing teas, but also amazingly expensive. The Emeperor's Red tastes too similar to Adagio's Yunnan Gold for me to purchase it again. But the Himalayan Tip was amazing. I also got Sikkim Temi, Golden Nepal, Golden Buddha, and Keemun Imperial but have yet to try them. It'll be an interesting day at work today as I try all of these.
I'm really beginning to love Chinese and Nepalese black (gold)teas. I should be getting my Yunnan Gold and Golden Monkey from Adagio today, too.
Though I guess if you don't like "peppery" black teas then darjeelings are always a good choice. Make sure you break into the Oolongs, also, if you haven't already. That's a must.
