+1 Darjeeling with lemon and honey is very good for colds...I think the action is mostly from lemon and honey but Darjeeling makes it taste better
I am finding matcha is especially good too...it seems to be potent enough of an anti-inflammatory to make a difference...reducing mucus and sore throat.
Also if you´re like me and rooibos makes you sleepy it can be good for helping to get some extra rest.
Sakura sencha has been helpful too...cherries have very potent anti-inflammatory properties but to get a stronger effect you´re better off picking up a jug of 100% black cherry juice at the grocery store.
