real mole is AMAZING definitely worth trying.

Be careful with the street food though, the street vendors can get quite dirty using the same water all day. My gf won´t touch street food because of that and she is native Mexican. She did take me on a tour of some of Mexico City´s restaurants...now that was a wonderful experience

If you normally eat street food go ahead...the risk is pretty much the same anywhere...it´s just that a lot of people who normally don´t eat street food goto Mexico and eat street food because they think it´s more "authentic" and get sick and think Mexico is dirty. :roll:

I think it´s just as authentic sitting in a comfy restaurant with a nice casual atmosphere and have a Mexican chef prepare your mole negro de pollo
