Here are some of the tea shops that I have visited around my state. These tea shops have their varieties of tea/teawares, but not all may have what you are looking for. So PM me if you visiting, and I will try to recommend you which is more suitable for your to visit.

Purple Cane in Mid Valley, I found to be much less appealing than the Purple Cane in Chinatown. But the Purple Cane HQ at Shaw Parade is fantastic if you are interested in Lin's ceramics.

Not far away from Shaw Parade there is decent teashop in Lot 10 but it took me half an hour to find it and the boss was not in and the girls did not speak any english.

Further on and over the hill from Bukit Bintang is a must see for Oolong lovers. Down below Jalan Alor - Jing Dian Teahouse - apparently one of the aged owners is the only Malsyian allwoed to produce her own Oolong.
